The contest place is based upon the premise that the Isthmia were moved to Sikyon after the destruction of Corinth by the Romans, cf. Farrington (2012), p. 24-5. The editors of SEG date the inscription to the first century BC/AD. Makres (2020, p. 182) and in table 1, dates the inscription to the second half of the second century BC and mentions that the editors of SEG have wrongly dated the inscription to the Augustan area.
